Report a guide correction

Include the page URL, the passage or instruction that needs attention, and a link to the relevant README, release note or publisher announcement. For setup and compatibility issues, add the project owner, release version, operating system and game version when relevant. A brief explanation of the expected correction is more useful than a large unfiltered log.

Get help with community software

We publish guides; we do not maintain the programs they describe. For a crash, launcher problem or feature request, use the support channel named in that project’s repository. Our GitHub project directory can help you find the correct maintainer. Do not send a Windows fork’s bug report to an unrelated Linux runtime or emulator project.

Copyright and attribution

If you believe text or an image needs a correction, credit or removal, identify the affected URL and material, describe your relationship to it, and provide a source or other supporting information. Use the same email address so the request can be reviewed in context.

What to leave out

Do not attach game dumps, executable files, firmware, keys, passwords or account tokens. Remove personal information from screenshots and log excerpts. We cannot supply game files, recover third-party accounts or provide official PlayStation support.
